What you get by text

1. Rent account notices: a reminder when your account is past due, a note that a written notice was mailed to you, or a confirmation of a payment date you arranged with the office. No balance is ever included. The message points you to your resident portal, where the current amount is.

2. Maintenance visit notices: a heads-up that a technician is on the way to your home for a repair you requested, with a rough arrival window.

Texts are sent only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Central time.

What happens after you text JOIN

You get one confirmation text right away: "West TN PM: You are signed up for rent account and maintenance texts from West TN Property Management. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

Text HELP any time and you get: "West TN PM: Rent account and maintenance texts from West TN Property Management. Call 901-498-7035 or email westtnpropertymanagement24@gmail.com. Terms: westtnpropertymanagement.com/resident-text-terms Reply STOP to cancel."

Text STOP any time and you get one final text: "West TN PM: You are unsubscribed from West TN Property Management texts and will get no more. Your lease and rent account are not affected. Call 901-498-7035 if you need us." After that, no more texts are sent to your number.
