These terms cover the text notices West TN Property Management sends to residents from our notice number, 731-324-5194.

The program

Program name: West TN Property Management resident notices. Residents who sign up get two kinds of notices by text: notices about their rent account and notices about a maintenance visit. Nothing else is sent. We do not send advertising or offers by text.

What we text you about

1. Rent account notices. If your rent account is past due, you may get a reminder, a note that a written notice was mailed to you, or a confirmation of a payment date you arranged with the office. These messages never include your balance. They point you to your resident portal, where the current amount is.

Example: West TN PM: Your rent account at 1234 N Washington Ave, Ripley showed a past-due balance as of Sep 5. See the amount and pay in your resident portal: westtnpm.managebuilding.com/Resident/portal Questions? Call 901-498-7035. Reply STOP to opt out.

2. Maintenance visit notices. When a technician is on the way to your home for a repair you requested, you get a heads-up with a rough arrival window.

Example: West TN PM: A technician is on the way to 1234 N Washington Ave, Ripley for your maintenance request. Expect them within about 30-45 minutes. If no one can be home, call 901-498-7035.

Message frequency

Messaging frequency may vary with your account and your repair requests. Rent account notices are limited to one per day. Maintenance notices are sent once per technician visit. We do not send texts before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM Central time.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. West TN Property Management does not charge for these texts. Your phone carrier may, depending on your plan.

How you sign up

You are only enrolled if you choose to be. There is one way to sign up: text the word JOIN to 731-324-5194 from your own phone. The sign-up invitation is at westtnpropertymanagement.com/text-notices.

By texting JOIN to 731-324-5194, you agree to receive text messages from West TN Property Management about your rent account and about maintenance visits to your home. Messaging frequency may vary. Rent account notices are limited to one per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Signing up is optional and is not a condition of your lease. The first message you receive confirms you are signed up and tells you how to stop.

Signing up is your choice

Agreeing to text notices is not a condition of your lease, your application, or any service from West TN Property Management. If you do not sign up, or you opt out later, you still get every notice and every repair you are entitled to. We will reach you by phone, mail, email, or your resident portal.

How to stop

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. You get one final text confirming it, and then no more texts from the notice number. You can also opt out by calling 901-498-7035, emailing westtnpropertymanagement24@gmail.com, or telling anyone in the office. We honor every opt-out within ten business days, and usually the same day. To sign back up later, text JOIN to the same number.
